Looking Back

No, it's not snowing here. You can calm down. In this post, we'll be taking a look into the past. We're going back as far as the Christmas holiday. I can't remember where I wore this look, but I do know that I forgot to post it. And I think it deserves it's own post. So finally, here it is!

I was completely in love with this fuzzy sweater during the winter, and I wish I'd brought it with me when I moved to Regina! But I couldn't bring all of my clothes, and I figured I wouldn't be needing a sweater in the summer. I still miss it though.

If You Don't Like Something, Change It

I wore this a few days ago to go for a walk in my new city. I ended up going to the grocery store to buy Lip Smackers and having a picnic alone in the sun.
Before I moved here, I let my red hair fade back to blonde. But I wasn't feeling it, so I decided to dye it blue again. And I quite like it, but I think I prefer the red. It's a lot more striking. I think I'll go back to red once the blue is gone.

I bought this bag not even a week ago, and the zipper is already broken. Which breaks my heart because to me, it's the perfect bag.

A Fine Quotation

This is how I looked last weekend when I went to my second family dinner with my new family here in Regina. They have them every weekend, and the whole family gets together, which I think is really cool. And even though I'm living in a city now, I still don't go out nearly as often as I'd like. I think I work too much.. But these dinners give me an excuse to get dressed up! No one else gets dressed up for them though, they usually just wear really casual tshirts and shorts, so I ended up feeling over dressed on both occasions.

Also, this will be my new background for my photos! I do still have photos from my old house to post, but I couldn't wait to take some in my new backyard. It's quite similar, with the fence behind me, but there aren't any pretty flowers like in my mothers gardens. I have to say that I miss them..

All Things Must Change To Something New

Changes, changes. Things are always changing. The most obvious would be my hair, which is now blue. But I can feel my style changing. And it's awfully exciting.

We Grow Neither Better Nor Worse As We Get Old

I'm finally settled in my new home, Regina! And lucky me, my new family is letting me use their computer. So after over a week, a post is finally going up on this blog! I told myslef that after I moved here, I would start posting more regularly. I hope I can live up to that goal..

I still have photographs from my old house that I need to post, so you'll still be seeing the familiar fence in my background, until I've gone through them all!
